1. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of rcmfinder.com (the "Website"), which is run by RCM Finder LLC ("RCM Finder", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Website.
RCM Finder is affiliated with DME Devices (dmedevices.com), our sister company. These terms cover rcmfinder.com only. Other sites, including dmedevices.com, have their own terms.
2. What the Website is
The Website describes our revenue cycle management and related services for medical practices and billing companies, shares educational articles, and lets you contact us, book a consultation or request a free revenue audit. Using the Website does not create a client relationship. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and use of our client portal is governed by the terms that apply to portal customers. If those documents conflict with these terms, they prevail for the services and portal.
3. No patient information
Please do not send patient or health information through the Website, including in forms, bookings, emails or messages. Patient information should only be submitted inside the logged-in client portal. We may delete patient information we receive through the Website.
4. Information only, not professional advice
Articles, guides and tools on the Website are for general information. They are not legal, medical, coding, tax, compliance or financial advice. Payer rules, coding rules and regulations change, and their application depends on your facts, so please check requirements with the payer, the issuing agency or a qualified adviser before relying on them.
5. Calculators and estimates
Our revenue and ROI calculators and any audit summary give illustrative estimates based on the figures you enter and the assumptions shown. They are not a quote, a guarantee or a promise of results, and your actual results will depend on your practice, payers, claims and processes.
6. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users' data;
- introduce malware, or scan, probe or test the Website's security without our written permission;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy the Website or overload it, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use the Website to send spam or to compete unfairly with us.
We may suspend or block access if we believe these terms are being broken or the Website is at risk.
7. Our content and your submissions
The Website's text, design, logos and other content belong to RCM Finder or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Website and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, modify, republish or sell our content without our written permission. Product and company names on the Website belong to their owners.
If you send us feedback or content through the Website, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to improve our services, without any obligation to you.
8. Links to other sites
The Website may link to sites we do not control, including our client portal, our sister company's website dmedevices.com and third-party sources. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. No warranties

10. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RCM Finder, its affiliates (including DME Devices) and their owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you submit and for your use of the Website. You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Website.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes and termination
We may change the Website or these terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end access to the Website at any time.
14. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Website.
